Ladybug came to us as a stray with two puppies.  She was an excellent mother to the pups and was extremely tolerant of her foster home's children handling of them--the ultimate temperament test.

Ladybug is a rottie/beagle mix.  Her markings are rottie, but her size and personality fall squarely into the beagle camp.  Her rear end never stops moving, prompting the nickname "Wigglebutt" from her foster mom.  She is wonderfully friendly and adores children.

Ladybug would benefit from a home where she would receive lots of exercise, not to work off energy, but to control her weight.  She is currently about 10 lbs over her ideal weight.  She loves to play, but has no children in her current home to play with.

Although her Rottweiler markings would lead you to believe that Ladybug would make a great guard dog, her only method of defense would be to give an intruder a good tail thrashing.  She is a canine marshmallow, happy to the max, delighted to be in human company and grateful for a Milkbone.

She will make someone an excellent pet and walking companion.

Adoptive Status:  Spayed, UTD on shots and micro-chipped.

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Just needs love and a human to love her.

Owner Aptitude Level:  Beginner.  Really.
