Katie is a typical happy, curious, outgoing beagle.  She is pleasant company, non-aggressive, and content in the company of humans.  She came to Beagle Rescue after being found wandering with Rosie, whom we believe to be her mother.  Katie is extremely bonded to Rosie, seldom allowing her out of her sight.

That said, she does get on well with the other dogs in rescue (and there are many), avoids confrontation, but never avoids a meal.  Katie would do well to be placed in a home where her humans would exercise her daily.

Rosie and Katie need to be placed together...but as we say, the only thing better than a beagle is TWO beagles!

Adoptive Status:  Spayed, UTD on shots, heartworm negative and micro-chipped.

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Just needs love and a human to love her.

Owner Aptitude Level:  Beginner.
