Francie is one of several injured Beagles we have taken in this year.  She underwent emergency surgery for a severe injury to her nose.  Through the magic hands of her surgeon,  her wounds have been repaired and she has completely recovered.

Francie appears to be a Beagle/Jack Russell mix.  She's a sweet, happy, and very pretty little girl who loves human companionship.  She is not as active as her two years would suggest, and  although she can play hard, she is not destructive, and is very likely to wiggle her way onto your lap if you are sitting still for any length of time.  If she has to choose between playing with her foster siblings or having her human whisper sweet nothings into her ear, she'll choose her human.  Although she gets along well with her foster beagles, she is really a people dog.

Francie likes being outside, but comes readily when called.  She rides well in the car.  Since her arrival in rescue, no squirrel has dared climb the fence into the yard.  Francie is not particularly vocal, but does let interlopers know that they are on "her"  property.

Francie has attended a couple of Petsmart adoption events and just adores the attention she receives.  She's well socialized and just waiting for a home of her own and a human who will be commited to her well being for her lifetime.

Adoptive Status:  Spayed, UTD on shots and micro-chipped.

As always, we are gratefully accepting donations toward the veterinary care of our injured/sick beagles.  Thank you!
