Charlie Girl has just arrived in rescue, but she is thrilled to find herself living indoors and is totally at home in the company of the other dogs in foster care.  She's outgoing and friendly and would love to be someone's princess. Charlie is a very pretty girl, and quite petite. 

Adoptive Status:  Will be spayed, UTD on shots and microchipped before adoption by February 19 (barring another apocalyptic snowstorm).

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Just needs love and a human to love her.

Owner Aptitude Level:  Beginner.
