Before BRSM and After Coming To Us

We thought it would be uplifting for each of you to see what  wonderful things your donations accomplish.  This page is dedicated to you, our wonderful donors.

Sometimes it feels like we are so wrapped up in money that all we do is beg or look for ways to make more.  That's because we have such need.  We take the dogs from shelters who no one else will touch...not the potential adopters and not most of the rescues.  They are the sick, the old, or the injured dogs who, pretty much, have no hope.  Either they are not selected in the first place, or they are returned when their illness is discovered.  We understand this because they will be expensive or time consuming or difficult to place.  We feel a special affinity for these little ones.  "Bless the beasts and the children, for in this world they have no say."  Every penny that people give us goes to the little ones.  All of our wonderful volunteers work incredible hours out of love; no one gets a dime for it, and, in fact, they come out of pocket when the donations fall short.  We love what we do, and we are proud of BRSM for not letting dollars determine who lives and who dies.  We want these precious little ones to know there is always hope.
