Solomon has been a wonderful addition to our home.  Everyone he meets falls in love with him immediately.  He is very quiet for a beagle.  Actually he almost never howls or barks.  He only howls when a fire truck goes by or when he is out for a walk and sees a squirrel, rabbit, or the geese.  He is quite the traveling dog and loves to go for car rides.  He's been with us to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, and New York.  He loves to go on vacation to Pennsylvania at his grandparents house.  They have a really big back yard for him to run and play. Here's what Solomon has to say about the situation.

"I love it here where I'm the king of the house.  I've got a really easy laid back life.  I love to sleep on the bed or on the couch especially with the blanket my mom crocheted for me.  One thing my parents learned about me early on is that I hate any kind of toy that squeaks.  I'm not sure why but they really frighten me!!!  So my mom and dad make sure to buy toys without them or to pop them for me so I don't get really scared.  But I LOVE pigs ears (as you can see in the picture!!)  Oh!  I also graduated from obedience school with high honors (well sort of, but I did my best) A big special thank you and a big grunt ('cause I grunt instead of barking) to Beagle Rescue for helping me find my forever home!!!  A special shout out to all my foster friends...I hope they are as happy as I am!!!"
