Below are the "before" pictures when Savannah came to BRSM.

The dark coloring on Savannah's face is a mange-like parasite.  She has this because someone didn't give her good food and keep her in a clean environment. Savannah has just completed heartworm treatment.

Savannah was first thought to be an older dog because of the skin disease she had.  Happily, Savannah is only about 4 years old and is responding well to her heartworm treatment.  She is now eating wonderful food and living in a healthy environment, so we expect her skin problem to clear up. 

This is a loving little girl who almost didn't make it out of the shelter in Caroline County Virginia.  She is sweet, great with other dogs, ok with cats and we expect her to be good with kids who know how to treat a dog.

When we are finished with Savannah's treatment she will be beautiful again!

Adoptive Status:  Savannah is spayed, utd on shots, microchipped and heartworm negative.

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: EASY.  Just needs love and a human who loves her!
