Adopted 11/07

Daisy (Little Nell) is doing fantastic!

Dear Beagle Rescue,

In November 2007 my wife and I adopted Little Nell.  Her story was absolutely captivating.  Since then, she has been so much fun.  She and her new brother Dexter have been racing, wrestling, and playing non-stop.  We changed her name from Little Nell to Daisy.  She has gained a few pounds and is looking great!  What's interesting is, she's been chewing at her scar tissue on her arm.  She has succeeded in clearing a small area exposing new skin.  Over the past several weeks, I have noticed new hair growing where scar tissue was formerly.  Other than that, she has been a half beagle/half monkey wonder.  She learned to climb fences and trees and keeping her in the yard has been interesting.  We're moving soon and the first addition to our new home will definitely be a wooden security fence.  My wife thinks not even a ten foot concrete wall could hold her, though.

Well, that is all for now.

Regards,

Jeremy and Rachel Meeks
