Beagle/Basset mix

Jonah was left at the night drop with Bethany at the local kill shelter. Although he and Beth are great dogs, we were too full and couldn't take them.  Four times we said no and knew they had been put to sleep.  And then two weeks later, a miracle call came asking if we had forgotten these two....so, we assume God wanted these dogs rescued!

Jonah is a very lucky beagle/basset boy.  He's on the small side for a basset mix.  He is great with non-aggressive dogs but tends to stare and bark at cats....We would expect Jonah to be good with older kids who know how to treat a dog!

Very nice fellow who loves going for walks and watching television.  Great fellow who is probably beyond chewing up all your shoes...

Adoptive Status:  Jonah is neutered, utd on shots, heartworm negative and micro-chipped.

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: EASY.  Being crate trained

Owner Aptitude Level: Beginner
