Here I am in one of my more pensive moments.  I'm usually a little more smiley, but dog-gone it, where is that woman with the chow????

I am just dying to have a home of my own with a family to love me!  I'd be a GREAT family dog if someone would only give me a chance!

Our man Hoagy is a joyous, happy, outgoing little fella.  When asked about how he felt about being in a foster home instead of on death row at the shelter, he replied, "Man...up the lazy river, fer sure..."  Hoagy is great with the other dogs in rescue and the cat's not giving him a wide berth, so we don't think he's a threat to them, either.  We think he'd be good with children who've been taught how to treat a pet.  Please come meet this terrific little dog!

Adoptive Status:  Neutered, UTD on shots, Heartworm Negative and micro-chipped.

Dream Home Minimum Requirements: Just needs love and a human to love him.

Owner Aptitude Level:  Beginner.
