Charlie Dog wants everyone at Beagle Rescue of Southern Maryland to know that his is happy and healthy in his new Baltimore home.  He has brought so much joy and love to Summer and Scott's household since he moved in six months ago.  Some of Charlie's favorite things are long walks around the neighborhood park, Spam filled Kongs, naps galore (of course!) on his cushy dog bed, and his feline brothers and sister.  We celebrated our first Christmas together, and Charlie's 11th.  Being the superbly good natured dog that he is, Charlie agreed to play our Christmas elf this year.  Scott got the role of reindeer.  Santa brought a yellow loofa dog which became Charlie's favorite toy right away, and an extend-a-leash, which is easily Summer and Scott's favorite dog accessory.

Happy New Year to everyone, and thank you for rescuing Charlie so that he could join and complete our family.  Out of all the blessings we received in 2006, Charlie is one of the best by far.        1/9/07
