Billy was so dirty, the water ran black when he got a bath! He's happy to be clean but sort of scared because he doesn't understand what is happening to him.  Billy would like to find a quiet household that will love him ever so much.  He is good with non-scary dogs, gentle cats.  He will be frightened by young kids, so needs a predominantly adult home.
