4/9/05 - Baxter has been with us for almost a month now.  He has brought an enormous amount of love into our household and we could not imagine him not being a part of our family.  He adores his long walks with mommy and looks forward to his daily belly rubs.  Baxter does not want to ever leave our side, but is slowly learning to adjust to his “forever home.”  We look forward to the upcoming summer and spending lots of time with Baxter in the sunshine.  Lastly, we must note that Baxter loves to chase the little bunny rabbits out of “His” backyard.  Thank you very much for giving us the chance to adopt such a wonderful pet from such a great organization.  Who knows, maybe we will be back shortly to adopt a friend for Baxter.
